Big Band Day 2026

The Peterborough Concert Band will be playing in Millennium Park (next to the Silver Bean Cafe) as part of a multi-band event to entertain downtown shoppers, riverside walkers, Silver Bean patrons, and big band music lovers of all ages. PCB will open the event at 12:00 pm with a 45 minute program that showcases the band's broad repertoire. The other bands confirmed for the afternoon slate are Electric City Swing, Northern Spirit Big Band, and KnightShift. This free event is being sponsored by the Peterborough Concert Band, with support from Long & McQuade Musical Instruments in Peterborough. We hope to see you there!
